Terms & Conditions
1. Users must register for the event(s) before the end date to be eligible for rewards.
2. New Users Only Events: New users can register for one New Users Only event but are welcome to participate in multiple non-New User events. To qualify, they must sign up for the New Users Only event as their first event after creating a Bybit account within the specified dates mentioned above.
3. For deposit tasks: Only deposits made within the event period will count toward reward calculations. Event rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. For deposit task: Users will still be eligible for the event(s) even if they make withdrawals of COOK during the event period.
5. For the Deposit Task: Users must deposit COOK into their Bybit Funding Account or Spot Account during the event period to be eligible for rewards. Please note that internal transfers are not considered.
6. For the Trade Task: Only trading volume made within the event period will count toward reward calculations. Spot trading volume from Spot Trading, Spot Copy Trading, Spot Grid Bot, DCA Bot, Spot Margin Trading, and Leveraged Tokens will be counted. This includes all buy and sell transactions. For USDT-denominated pairs, the trading volume is calculated as the sum of all order values for each executed USDT order. For non-USDT pairs, the trading volume will be converted into USDT using the closing price of the day. Please note that trading volume from API Trading, Derivatives Trading as well as from assets invested in Copy Trading Pro will not be considered.
7. For trade task: All the participants who complete the trading volume task will get a reward. Your Final Allocation of COOK = (Your Trading Volume / Total Trading Volume of All Participants) * Total Amount of the Prize Pool.
8. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 before the event ends to receive rewards from the event. Institutions and Market Makers are not eligible to participate.
9. Users from the following restricted countries (based on Identity Verification) are not eligible for the event: Bybit does not offer services or products to Users in a few excluded jurisdictions including the United States, mainland China, Singapore, Quebec (Canada), Ontario (Canada), North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (currently including the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Syria, or any other jurisdictions in which we may determine from time to time to terminate the services at our sole discretion (the “Excluded Jurisdictions”).
10. This event is not meant for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway ("European Economic Area") customers. All European Economic Area customer participation is strictly prohibited.
11. Deposits made using a Subaccount will not be counted toward this event.
12. Eligible reward recipients will be notified of their reward(s) via email. The rewards will be credited to their Bybit Funding Account within seven (7) days after the event ends.
13. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
14. Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
