- The cashback is limited to the first 500 eligible cardholders each day who meet all event criteria.

- The event cashback will be calculated based on transactions successfully charged and posted to the Bybit Card during the event period. For example, if you make a transaction within the event period but the merchant settles it after the event ends, the transaction will not qualify for the additional cashback.

- Bybit reserves the right to vary, modify, or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program at any time at its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice to users, and users shall be bound by such variations, modifications, and amendments upon their publication.

- Any abuse or fraud related to the issuance or accumulation of Reward Points and/or the redemption of rewards may result in the cancellation of all accrued Reward Points and/or redeemed rewards.

- If a Card Account is terminated at any time for any reason, whether by the Account holder or Bybit, the Card Account will be disqualified from participating in the Rewards event.
